Although South Africa might seem like a world away from us, their talent competitions are actually just as entertaining in many of the auditions.
Especially when they deal with such iconic stars.
Eagan Feb, from South Africa’s Got Talent took the stage to stun not only the judges and the audience — but the whole world, with his spot on Michael Jackson impersonation.
Clearly, no one can compare to the legend himself—with his talent in dance and song, everyone would lose in a competition that he was actually in.
But, this 21-year-old gives everyone a run for their money, and might even make some people do a complete double take during his performance.
He chooses the song “Billie Jean,” a classic MJ song that everyone knows, and almost everyone loves. Which is exactly why I was actually worried about his success, how could he stand out when MJ has done such a phenomenal job with the original?
Although he doesn’t sing, he tries to replicate many of MJ’s signature moves and does well. But, the most stunning part — if you ask me, is when you see the close-up of his face.
Somehow, this young 21-year-old in South Africa looks eerily similar to the king of pop himself. That, along with the replicated wardrobe, leaves all Michael Jackson fans in for a great treat.
