Students at four schools inside U.S. will get the opportunity to have pop queen, Beyonce, help fund their education!
Hot on the heels of her killer performance at music festival, Coachella, on Saturday, the singer announced the Homecoming Scholars Award Program for 2018-2019.
Four HBCU schools (Historically Black Colleges in addition to Universities, which were established to primarily serve the African-American community,) have been selected for the program — Xavier, Wilberforce, Tuskegee in addition to Bethune-Cookman.
One winner by each school will receive $25,000 towards their study.
The program can be part of the songstress’ BeyGOOD initiative in addition to This particular can be the second year she has created a scholars program.
The announcement comes after Beyonce became the first black woman to headline Coachella during an epic performance involving a pyramid stage in addition to 150+ performers.
