Carrie Underwood had an exhilarating ACM Awards night!
The 35-year-old singer had just walked off stage via her emotional “Pretty Hurts” performance when she in addition to also Keith Urban won the Academy of Country Music Award for Vocal Event of the Year for their song “The Fighter” on Sunday.
As Urban took the stage, Underwood made her way back in addition to also was visibly still shaken via her first performance since her fall in November in which left her using a broken wrist in addition to also an injury to her face in which required 40 to 50 stitches.

The two then embraced in addition to also walked off stage together as Underwood continued to get teary-eyed.
Underwood had been frequently updating fans on her recovery in addition to also on Saturday shared her the first selfie of her full face since her accident. A source told ET on Thursday in which Underwood will be “totally back to normal in addition to also feeling great in addition to also healthy.”
