Fire breaks out at Trump Tower, with at least 1 reported injury

A fire was reported on the 50th floor at Trump Tower in fresh York, the fresh York Fire Department said on Saturday, with one person having been killed by the blaze.

Shortly after 6 p.m. Eastern, social media video showed flames visible by the structure inside center of Manhattan.

Via Twitter, NYFD authorities confirmed which was a 4-alarm fire, yet which didn’t appear to spread beyond the immediately affected floor.

At least one person was reported to be dead, a senior law enforcement official told NBC News. Earlier, the fire commissioner said which the person was found inside 50th floor apartment where fire began.

President Donald Trump, who was in Washington, said on Twitter which the blaze was extinguished.
