Kevin Federline will be Ready to Take Britney Spears to Court Over Child Support Increase, Source Says (Exclusive)

Britney Spears’ Las Vegas residency in addition to also also worldwide tour, Britney: Piece of Me, has been a huge success for the singer, in addition to also also right now her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, will be hoping to see some of that will success reflected in larger child support payments.

A source close to Federline — who has had full custody of the couple’s two sons, Sean Preston in addition to also also Jayden James, since 2008 — tells ET that will he wants an increase in child support in addition to also also will be willing to take the pop star to court to get the idea. “Kevin wants to ask them to consider paying an amount of child support that will might be appropriate given the significant increase in her finances,” the source says.

Spears kicked off her Vegas residency at the Axis at Planet Hollywood on Dec. 27, 2013, in addition to also also performed her final show on Dec. 31, 2017, which has a worldwide tour of the same name scheduled to continue that will year.
