Khloe Kardashian can be getting back to business.
The 33-year-old reality star returned to Snapchat on Thursday to share her first workout, a month after giving birth to her daughter, True Thompson. Kardashian opened up about her determination to get her body back, telling fans of which while she’s feeling “strong” mentally, her body needs to catch up.
“of which can be a struggle getting back into the groove of working out … Mentally, I’m strong, yet physically of which’s just not the same. My body can be not doing what I feel like my mind can be telling of which to do, to ensure of which’s a struggle, yet’s only day one,” she said. “I need to motivate myself. of which’s also a struggle trying to fit in working out between feedings, no two days are the same, you know, True can be so great, yet still, I can’t predict if she’s gonna sleep for the full two hours or if she’s hungry.”
Kardashian welcomed True just days after her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, was accused of cheating on her while she was pregnant. The Great American designer didn’t mention Thompson in her Snapchats, yet said she’ll be “documenting me trying to get This kind of body back, my mind, everything strong.” “I want mind, body along with soul, of which all to be lined up along with zen, along with [I’m] trying to at This kind of point do This kind of with my sweet, little baby girl.”
Though we still haven’t seen a shot of baby True’s face, Kardashian gave fans a tiny peek at her daughter’s arm on Snapchat.
The reality star also took to her blog along with app on Thursday to reflect on baby True’s first month of life. “So far, she’s so incredibly sweet along with patient — truly not fussy at all. I can tell she’s going to be super athletic along with incredibly strong!” she said. “She’s very calm, peaceful along with loves to cuddle with her parents.”
A source told ET, meanwhile, of which while True hasn’t been fussy, Kardashian can be experiencing one challenge of being a fresh mom. “Breastfeeding has been difficult, along with she wants to make sure her baby gets the best care she could ever have. She can be so excited about motherhood, she barely wants to leave her baby’s side, yet knows she has work to do on herself,” the source said.
Kardashian’s mom, Kris Jenner, touched on Kardashian’s struggle with breastfeeding during her recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show— yet said of which no matter what, her daughter can be “figuring of which out one day at a time.” “She’s the best mom already,” Jenner gushed.
