She also features a generous supply of almond butter, raw veggies, chicken breasts, avocados along with also eggs because, “greens along with also healthy fats are your besties when you’re trying to drop some pounds.”
Another handy tip included stocking healthy food on eye-level shelves in her fridge along with also pantry, along with also keeping cheat-day treats along with also carb-heavy items in “hidden” corners.
